Repair of Pluggy, Uneven and Scarred Hairline This patient had multiple unsatisfactory, pluggy procedures elsewhere. We repaired the situation by utilizing nape hair, chest and abdominal hair. None of the prior, pluggy grafts were removed, although this still may occur in the future. We created a more natural hairline and filled in the pluggy areas behind the hairline with 2,000 grafts. He is a work in progress, but already shows a dramatic improvement after a 3 day visit to our clinic. Please Note: The 'Before' photos were taken from a Digital Video Camera, hence the difference in skin tone compared to the 'After' photos which were taken from a Digital Still Camera.
